Throughout two decades in the field, Sarah Rasoul had led comprehensive safety programs across high-risk industries, including manufacturing, construction and automative operations. Her expertise spans hazard identification, risk assessment, regulatory compliance, incident investigations, safety management systems and worker consultation and engagement. A trusted advisor to both frontline workers and executive leadership, she has consistently translated complex safety requirements into practical, people-centered solutions.

 

Sarah holds the prestigious Canadian Registered Safety Professional (CRSP) designation from the Board of Canadian Registered Safety Professionals, where she served as the Chair of the Continuous Professional Development Committee. Sarah is also a certified lead auditor for ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems and an expert in environmental management under ISO 14001.
